Delivery/Pickup:
Both delivery and pickup options are available for online users, either opt for home delivery or pick up from our store ”Store Address or map or both”.

Payment Option:
Payments accepted only at the time of Delivery
We accept payment by “WALLETS” like Paytm, Gpay, Phonepe, Bharatpe, Amazonpay etc.. Cash, Debit, Credit & Prepaid Cards, Online transfer.

Return & Refund:
Primarily, if a Perishable product you’ve order isn’t satisfactory for any reason, you can return at the same time when the product is delivered to you & we will be happy to take back the product and handover the balance amount by cash or we will credit the balance in your account or by wallet transfer within 2 days.

We will also accept return of Non – Perishable products within 4 days of billing along with the original pack, and then we will exchange the product in next order. Moreover, if the product is again found not good then we refund the amount.

Cancellation of Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, Sign in and cancel your order or call us on 9448977570 before 8pm on same day of order or you get a call from our team for delivery confirmation, at that time you can cancel or send an email to   wecare@nithinorganics.com with order details.

How do i request for products that are not listed and bulk Orders?
Registered user Click “ New product Request Form or Bulk order Form”
Guest: Signup and request or fill their contact Details and request new product

After Submit We will say that Thanks for your new product demand, we will follow up and try our best to get it for you asap.
